You would have thought that they were doing ME a favor when I went to try to buy a car from them. This horrible salesperson (Heather) not only wouldn't return any of the calls that she said she would but when I did get her to the phone, she kept confusing the information I had given her. I was trying to buy a 2010 Optima but instead she kept asking me if I was interested in a Sedona van? Every phone call ended with her telling me she was busy with other customers and that she would call back in an hour. She never did. How do car dealerships employ people like this? read full review »
