Had same CPA for 5 years she had charged us $100.00 for the same tax return (she retired.)we went to Jackson Hewitt they charged us $200.00 for the same forms and when we questioned the price he said he had more education than our past CPA he repeated this several times i think that was a very arrogant attitude he was rude when my husband questioned the cost i will never recommend them to anyone or go to anotjher jackson hewitt again very bad experience stay away from them you pay more because he has college loans? read full review »
