Since late January, the number 855-622-3500 has appeared on our caller ID with the heading Toll Free Call. Yesterday we received notice from this company dated 2/2 that the bank had charged this account off (first we knew of it) and sold it to them. Over the last several weeks, this company repeatedly calls several times a day, but NEVER leaves a message. It not only speaks to the type of company these debt firms have become but also to the banks who continue to prolong the stress of the situation with no compassion.
