For many years, I used Intuit's Quick Books and Turbo Tax to do my tax returns. Never before a problem until 2011. This year's Turbo Tax will not download my accounts from Quick Books. I thought I had my specific program had a bug, so I returned it and got another. Still the same problem. I contacted Intuit with the problem. They replied they have received many complaints about this specific problem. They promised weeks ago they would email me a new Turbo Tax with the problem resolved. I never received the new program.
