I also went for a mod. from citi and was given the run around. This is emotion abuse and it needs to stop. citi gets us in deeper then we were before. Isn't that the same as kicking a person when they are down. If there is a law suit I want in.I wish I could give you names of all the people I have talk to but there are way to many.
