Building with AV Jennings Adelaide has been a huge dissapointment. Poor quality, scheduling and communication. We had our pre-handover meeting today and they did not turn up. This is just the latest in a series of problems. E.g. they put th front door in the wrong place. I pointed it out, they investigated and responded that it was according to plan. I had to go and do the measurements myself to prove to them it was not according to plan. They just unilaterrally added 1 month to the build period, because of their poor scheduling.
