I asked the salesman to suggest a laptop for my daughter to take to college to use for writing papers. He sold me a model and never mentioned that a word processing program was not included. I have never bought a computer where if the program was not included the salesman didn't install it for you gratis. So when my daughter got to college and sat down to write her first paper she freaked out. She then had to find someone to drive her to a computer store and purchase a word processing program. The salespeople at CompUSA are the least knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. read full review »
