I had a remaining payment on the lease vehicle which the new dealership paid off to GMAC. GMAC posted this money to someone else's account which left my account in negligence. I have tried several times to contact GMAC to get this matter resolved, but they respond with, "I must send another payment to replace the first payment sent out previously." This is not fair.
