Delivery window from 2-6. I was home the entire time. At 5PM CST, I still had no delivery. Tried to call customer service, and it was CLOSED! Finally got a person in online support who couldn't connect me to anyone or tell me anything. He says this happens all the time. Finally at 6:30 PM, I got a call from dispatch who said the driver tried to deliver but couldn't get his truck in the neighborhood.
