2/23/2003 In August, 2010, I ordered 5 books for a total of $32.08 from DISCOUNTBOOKSALE.COM. Since then, a monthly charge of $19.95 has appeared on my credit card bill. I have contacted the company via their web site, using their on line chat. "Sean Morgan" claims that I joined something like a "Best Brands" membership when I placed my book order. I would not have done that and did not knowingly do so. He claims to have canceled my "membership" at my request. No refund of "membership" fees was offered. read full review »
