The generic version of a medication my husband takes became no longer available; the price for the brand name is many hundreds of dollars higher than the generic. According to company policy, they are supposed to call for authorization before charging our credit card for the unexpectly high charge ($231 Co-pay vs $15 co-pay). They did not call, and now they are insisting that they SPOKE with us. I have checked the incoming calls on our phone and there was no call from them. Of course, they will not take the medication back... It's the lying that really bothers me. read full review »
