My AJ-5030 was purchased from the Home Shopping Network and neither Sharp Electronics Corp. nor HSN has addressed the issues of no drivers, poor print & scanning speed. Sharp Electronics Corp. stated they would likely release a Windows XP driver nearly 11 months after I purchased the AJ-5030.
