On March 1st of 2010 we gave Mohammad Arshad $4285.00 for delivery of 100 bagpipes with the balance due when they arrived. He emailed us stating that it was confirmed the items would arrive by end of July 2010, today is 2-23-11 and we still do not have the items and Mohammad is not responding to phone calls or emails. While we have done business with him in the past this is not the first time we have had issue. We will be filing charges with teh Attorney General in his state to recopu our funds.
