I purchased a leather couch, daybed and chair from Macy, s in 2007. Macy's encouraged us to take out a fairly expensive Worry no more protection plan ($750.).2-23-2011 I filed a claim because my son, his girlfriend, her dog and another friend came to our house for spring break.I told them the couch and dat bed had been scratched badly.I was told that my policy didn't cover dog scratches.I called my husband to tell him and he reminded me that we don't know for sure what caused the tears because we really didn't see it.
