We have done a loan modification with Saxon mortgage after our ARM went out of control. Our modification took effect in December 2008. I never received any correspondence from Saxon stating when the new payments were due. I contacted customer inservice and was told the due date was Dec 1st. We scrambled and sent the payment. We have sent every other payment and in Feb 09 our payment was returned. Contacted cust. serv again and they informed me an escrow acct had been opened for insurance.
