Drink order was wrong 5 times and then one didn't arrive for 35 minutes. Waitress, manager & several staff are Russian (appears to be a front for mail order brides). Food order was wrong & kept bringing out food we didn't order. Took an hour to get Manager (who was literally hiding & had a thicker Russian accent than our "new" waitress) only to have 4 teas worth $7.88 comped from our &75.00 tab ...
