I was hooked into this place because of the "if you've never been to massage envy, get your 1st massage for $39". Here's my list of complaints, I might miss one or two because there are SO MANY 1. I was 25 minutes early for my massage, but was brought into the massage room 10 minutes late! 2. they don't use real massage oil, just (cold) cheap lotion 3. the "soothing" water sounds were way too loud, and my masseuse talked to much. 4.
