Sir, I have mobile phone connection of AIRCEL ( Assam ) 9854049215 . On 22/02/2011 AIRCEL disconnected my outgoing line and after sometime automatically come again my outgoing service . When talked they said that for their technical problem that problem occur . Again today ( 24/02/2011 ) my outgoing line disconnected . For that I can't make a valuable call .
