I have ordered from dfw direct 2 seperate times. The first time I ordered my furniture thy did not deliver at all when they were suppose to, as a matter of fact they didnt even call to say they were not coming or that they were behind. I know this is a small company but they do not know poo when it comes to customer service. I have daelt with ALOT of furniture stores in my time and 'mattress ready' means it comes with a mattress.
