I to have had a very traumatic experience with this company. They were 2 days late on pick up and 3 weeks late on delivery. I spoke with ralph and mike and am waiting on a compensation check that's in the mail. What a crooked outfit. I am sueing for pain and suffering, damaged furniture and missing boxes.
