I would like to tell you about my experience int the eye care center. I had an appointment there today at 4:00. I arrive there around 3:40. I was waiting to be called in when a woman comes in and ask if there were any openings or cancellations. Tthe 3:30 didn't show up because the next thing I knew..."Kathy" was bringing her into the examining room. I was VERY UPSET to say the least! Kathy saw me sitting there!
