I will never rent another apartment from these people again. The office manager Heather is the rudest person ever!!! she took us to court for being late on our rent. Our rent never went over to the next month. We had explained to her our sitiuation numerous times and she said no problem she understood. Well one month after that we recived a court letter. Now we are evicted. She targets everyone jacking up peoples rent before there leases is up. my rent was 1040 and if we stayed it was going up 1165 when i asked her why she could not give me a reason.
