I ordered food for a pet. clicked the wrong selection, ordered dog food, needed cat food. 6 emails later, no one has responded. My credit charge has been charged, i have not received any info about whether my order was shipped or not and absolutely no way i can figure out to actually speak with someone, even though their website says you can, link takes you right back to the email link no one responds to. read full review »
