At first, I thought Hotwire Communications was bad. I had to wait for Customer Service to take my call. I really did not want to be without my cable TV for more than a few hours and they could not send someone right away. They did schedule me an appointment for the next day though. I was thinking of my days with Comcast and I would have to wait a week for a serviceman to come to my house. I felt so embarrassed when the Hotwire Tech found out that my power supply had a bad socket. Obviously that was not his fault. Hotwire doesn't deserve to be bashed like you do on this board.
