You call them and tell them that the check was never cashed only two days after it was due and then they send you a late payment. Even though you went right over and gave them a new check for rent. If they (Jenny in the office) are late making a payment on rent or utilities they will send the late payment to you, and then they (Jenny) still will never send you a invoice for that utility. read full review »
