When my account was transfer and was taken over by SANTANDER CONSUMER USA, from the beginning until this day is been nothing but harassment with the so called customer service representative, they are EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL and care less on what you have to say.
