Their online support is reasonably good, but there are no customer service numbers. The product doesn't work 50% of the time. It tells me I'm not connected to the internet (which I clearly am), that my contacts can't download, that I'm not signed in...etc, etc, etc...I've had MagicJack for over a year because it's kind of the only option - where I currently live, the phone company wants over $1000 to run phone lines and this is a rental, so it's totally not worth it. The MagicJack has been a constant source of frustration over the past year. I'd get Vonage if I could go back and do it all over. read full review »
