I purchased a internet business and charged it to my Capital One card. After realizing this was a scam, I disputed the charge with Capital One. A couple of months passed by and I never heard anything from Capital One. I called the company and told them to return my money and that I disputed the charge. They offered to return $2, 500 of my money. I did not know for sure that Capital One was going to return my money, I was afraid not to accept the $2, 500.
