Three fraudulent charges for 6000 XBox Live points showed up on my bank account on February 24, 2011. Fortunately my bank alerted me to this fraudulent activity within 30 minutes of the charges and shut down the account. They provided the 800-469-9269 phone number to dispute these charges with Microsoft XBox Live. I do not own an XBox or have an account so I had to navigate the auto-phone answering maze to get to a customer service representative.
