I ordered a pair of earrings from Sears.com (also connected to Kmart.com)for my daughter. When I recieved them they were not what the website said. They were supposed to be screwback earrings and the backs just came right off, they did not even catch, much less being a screwback! I called and was told to take them to my local Kmart. Kmart was not able to process the return. So I called back and they scheduled UPS to pick up the earrings. They recieved the earrings Feb. 8th.
