Medco sent my MD a letter informing him of their dosing considerations. Suggested a dose may exceed recommendations. Please consider risks versus benefits and determine if changes in therapy warranted. Then sent a list of medications. I have been on these medications for a long time with no problems. Also letter stated you (MD) were identified as prescriber of record. Then, to try to cover themselves they state this presents as information only.
