Same story as everyone else. Signed up for a gift card. Forgot since they never sent anything. Didn't check my credit card statements for a while so took me for well over $100. I spoke to some guy named Victor @ 800-417-6232. I told him I didn't know I ever had the service and they been ripping me off. He said I would get a full refund in business 10-15 days. He gave me all the info to fill out and a fax number. This Monday will be day 15 so we'll see. I might be back on here bitching again Monday. Good luck to the rest of you read full review »
