Purchased couch, chair, ottoman and antique cabinet on 1/16/11. Paid in full at time of purchase because salesman did not tell me they only require 20% deposit and balance 5 days prior to delivery. Was not informed cabinet was "special order". In fact, I was told at time of purchase all items were in stock and could be delivered in 1-2 weeks. Scheduled delivery for end of January at time of purchase. Received automated call night prior to delivery confirming but asked to call to confirm someone would be home.
