I was appalled to find out that the cash back bonus calculations of Discover is inaccurate. I signed up for the travel and restaurents 5% cash back bonus program for 2011 Jan-March season and noticed that they have not paid the 5% bonus for a $5000 airticket purchase I had made for my family. When I contacted the service person on chat, they casually mentioned that its my fault for not checking the cash back bonus all these days.
