I quit my job in the end of November 2010. I received the COBRA information and signed up for insurance on Feb 12th. I did this on the last day allowed but had to do it through their online system because study were snowed in and no one was at work. The system took my payment and the following week, I received an insurance card. I went to the dentist office to find out that I did not have coverage.
