Joshua Leventhal has stolen money from LOTS of families. Claiming to be an investor who buys homes for people to rent from him for up to 3 years, then own the house. He is nothing more than a thief and a liar. His fee is $2000.00. He tells you to find a home, work with a realtor and he will buy he home. Once you find one, you never hear from him again. This man belongs behind bars. The Attorney General's Office know about it and so does law enforcement in his town of Easton.
