I purchased heated gloves from Cozy "take your money" Winters.com. Paid 250 bucks because it would help with a medical problem that they advertise in the description. The product failed because they didn’t give proper instructions (now they do) and I was told it was out of warrantee, even though it was their fault it didn’t work and they admitted it.
