I received a call from ER Solutions today, they asked for verification by asking for the last four numbers of by SSN or address. When I asked what this was about, the customer "service" representative continued to ask for verification without providing any information about the purpose of the call. I do not mind getting the call, but in this age of phishing and scamming, why would I give this person any information before I know the purpose of the call. What in the *** is ER Solutions anyway?
