This is my first time ordering from this online company and I wouldn't advise anyone order anything from them. Very different exchange and returns handling than most online companies. I wanted to exchange the window boxes I ordered for different size window boxes and their advertised "No Hassle Returns" policy amounts to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. This was stated no where on their website. Additionally their customer service is a 'policies and procedures - no exceptions' approach. Be warned! Shop somewhere else. read full review »
