We have owned in Banner Elk, NC, what seems like forever, then in Sept 2010, we gave in and paid an additional large sum to go to the points system. We are trying to get a week planned now for Beach area in the spring, and after several attempts, cant seem to get it locked in. They want to refer us to the Interval International, and that has not worked so far. When on vacation in 2010, our unit was HORRIBLE.
