I am never able to speak to anyone in the office. Most likely because I am in eastern time and they are in Pacifinc time. When I call they are either not in for the day, out to lucnch or closed for the day. However, that does not account for the rudeness on the operators part. They do not listen and I have been hung up on several times. Also they ask for an account number (which I do not have & was never given) so they want you to give a social security number.
