We had been customers of Directv for years and repeatedly had billing problems with them. They always had fees added on to make our bill more than we agreed to pay, and I don't mean because we were ordering movies or doing anything to justify it. We remained customers even though we did not like their service or practices because they have the rights to NFL Ticket and we are big football fans.
