I had a garbage disposal go out 3 months ago. Happened on a holiday;their service affiliates couldn't come out. We were told to get the service needed elsewhere and they would reimburse us. Not so, I have been told repeatedly, the check is in the mail. I would not recommend Sensible Home Warranty to my worst friend. They are crooked, lying, piss poor business people. I have turned it all over to an attorney and will continue to pass on their shortcomings to the world.
