I paid Kevin Ellner upfront for landscaping work that was never completed. A single worker came the first week and tore up the back patio area and dirt. Some brush removal was done and piled up in the front yard. It took three months of weekly requests before the debris piles were finally moved. . There is always a promise that the work will be done tomorrow or next week that materials have been ordered. Three and a half months later, I am still waiting for the project to be completed and for the materials supposedly ordered in the first week. read full review »
