so i was very happy too receivev my phone from a microsft employee, but i ran into some problems, when i couldnt figure out exactly how too set it up with the very two first weeks i downloaded music onto the zune software for the phone onto the computer, now that i have reset my phone a few times now and got it too sighn into me jac0b420 it wont let me go back and install my fav artist till i apparently download them again, if i didnt want too deal with this bs, i would have gotten an ipad or ipod better yet iphone cause they dont have... read full review »
