For the last one month i am fighting with airtel regarding sms packs, i have been using my number since atleast 3 years. They revise their sms packs without informing me and say that they had send me the info msg. i use 2 nos which are of the same company i.e. airtel, an offer works on one of the numbers but does not work on the other? when contacted, they say that TRAI has changed its policy. WHY WOULD TRAI CHANGE POLICY AND EVEN IF IT DID HOW CAN IT BE APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS? read full review »
