Our mattress is 4 months old and we should be covered by warranty, which Sleepy's is not standing behind. This defect in the mattress causes my sleep to be interrupted as there is a dip in the mattress on the left side. An independent contractor was sent out seeing the dip in the mattress, stating it was defective, measuring 7/8 of an inch deep. Sleepy's is not standing behind this defect and states that this defect is not deep enough and denied it. This is obsurd. We purchased a Sterns & Foster because we believed this was a wonderful product by a reputable company. read full review »
