My problem with TWC started on Nov 1st 2008 when I moved into my new home. It is 480 Feet off the road and TWC installed 560 of cable, even after telling me that 400 feet of cable was hard to get a signal through. I went by what they had done after all they are suppose to be the professionals. I made multiple calls to TWC after moving in because my signal was bad and they would just say they were working in the area or they would refresh my boxes, which seemed to help for periods of time.
