I ordered unlocked Nokia cell phone and after 3 weeks got wrong model. Call them back and their customer support representative very nicely told me to ship it back for replacement. He told me that with new phone I'll get post fee reimbursement by check. They do not support cross shipment. After another three-four weeks I've got the correct model of the Nokia phone not in the original box, without any manual, with old battery (was all in scratches), no head phones, no reimbursement check.
