AHMSI refused to pay my premium on the due date, my policy expired and I was informed by the company that I was covered by the aforementioned company. I refused to accept this insurance (price was approximately $900.00 more than my previous policy). I was notified on December 3, 2010 that my coverage with QBE was cancelled as of 11-30-2010 due to other insurance coverage provided.
